When and Where Do We Train?

Our sessions take place at several facilities across Portsmouth and Gosport and therefore space and lane allocation differs depending on session. At Gosport Leisure Centre, we have three dedicated lanes while the remainder of the pool is public lane swimming. At Brune Park we have private use of the entire pool at our session. At Ravelin Centre on a Sunday we have the whole pool and on a Thursday we have 5 lanes with the rest of the pool open public swim.

The club meets 15 minutes before the start of each session in the foyer of the facility in order to enter the changing areas as a group.

Monday: 19:30-20:30 at Brune Park College, Gosport.

Tuesday: 20:00-21:00 at Gosport Leisure Centre, Gosport. (Session fully subscribed - waiting list).

Thursday: 20:00-21:00 at Ravelin Sports Centre, Postsmouth.

Friday: 20:00-21:00 at Gosport Leisure Centre, Gosport. (Session fully subscribed - waiting list).

Sunday: 17:30-18:30 at Ravelin Centre, Portsmouth. (18:30-19:00 optional starts and turns, open to both squads.)

Please note: Friday pm sessions at Gosport Leisure Centre is Competitive Squad training only. Session availability can change depending on membership numbers and which squad is being joined. The Head Coach or Membership Secretary will provide up to date details on enquiry.
